HONOR
A good name or public esteem: REPUTATION; a person of superior standing; putting your fellow man’s interest above your own; one whose worth brings respect or fame.
Jesus Christ commanded us...
"We inspire individuals to discover, cultivate, and mobilize their unique gifts, fostering a supportive community that nurtures personal growth and global service."
It is a term used by specific military branches to refer to jobs within that branch. MOS is a service member's specific job in the military, from artillery and aviation to engineering and intelligence.
Just like in the military, where everyone has a specific role to play, it's the same in God's Kingdom. God has given each of us a unique mission, complete with our own spiritual gifts, talents, and personality. We each have our own "spiritual and natural specialties" that make us perfect for the tasks He has in mind for us. Our way of serving God is by embracing what makes us special and using those abilities to help our community. We all have the chance to be "expert specialists" in our own right, knowing God and achieving great things in His name.
We are deeply committed to fostering a nurturing and dynamic environment, akin to a greenhouse, where individuals can flourish and reach their fullest potential. Just as a greenhouse offers a controlled, adaptable climate ideal for plant growth, we provide a tailored setting that nurtures personal and professional development. Our goal is to equip each person with the resources, support, and opportunities they need to become the best version of themselves, fulfilling their unique purpose and thriving in all aspects of life. This commitment to growth and excellence is at the heart of our culture, ensuring that everyone who joins us is empowered to blossom into all that they are destined to be.
We're all called to become the best version of ourselves, but we cannot do this by ourselves. It requires that we cultivate interdependent relationship where we serve one another with our gifts as we do life together.
Luke 19:12-13: He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return. And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come. (Reference Luke 19:11-27 for complete context.)
